I wouldn't expect anything else from Willard.

Well, these are the kinds of embarrassments that can happen when amateurs travel abroad.

Fortunately, this buffoon Romney will be pretty much irrelevant after early November...

In all serious... Mitt is a dumbass for going over there and saying stupid pencikneck comments to the Brits on the eve of the Olympics. Shows the tact and judgment of a middle schooler and definitely makes me wonder about him.

Well it appears that he must had some kind of obstruction in his eye during his observation because he's backpeddling now. Or would that be because he realized he opened his mouth first and then thought about what he said?

Of course the British would take offense to his comment, and rightfully so. No different than the Mayor of Utah stricking back because they took offense by a speaker referring to Salt Lake City as being "in the middle of nowhere". He has Romney to thank for that.

Nuclear Iran? Have anything factual to support that not uncommon fear-mongering allegation?

Mitt Romney, the United States presidential candidate, has attempted to sooth cross-Atlantic tensions after questioning whether London could put on a successful Olympics.

Mr Cameron delivered beforehand when to comment on Mr Romney’s concerns about the capital’s preparedness for the Games.

He point out that the 2012 Olympics were taking place in a busy city rather than “the middle of nowhere” – a remark was widely seen as a reference to the 2002 Winter Games in Salt Lake City, Utah, which Mr Romney was in charge of organising.

Well, when crap like this happens days before the Olympics starts, how do you characterize their "preparedness for the Games"?

British officials called up an additional 1,200 soldiers today to try and fix what they called a security "fiasco" with G4S, the private security firm tasked to secure the 2012 Olympic Games, but British security officials tell ABC News even though they are finally getting the number of guards they need, they are still not confident in the training that G4S guards received or the security they can provide.

Yea, right.

What was rude about expressing your observations?

Funny how this alleged love of politicians telling the truth goes missing when Obama admits the US has made mistakes, eh?

And anyone who tries to assert the US hasn't made mistakes is woefully ignorant of history.

And anyone that doesn't realize that there are a ton of other countries that have made many, many more mistakes than America is woefully ignorant of history. Let's compare the mistakes made by Obama's favorites, Russia, China, The entire ME, etc. to those of the US.
