Not long after that meeting, Netanyahu publicly announced the building of new settlements while VP Joe Biden was enroute to Israel. It was a very public slap in the face to our Vice President and the Obama administration and it was done deliberately.
The result was that a the next time Bibi came to the White House, the President deliberately snubbed him by bringing him in the back door and sending a lower-ranking bureaucrat to meet him.
