Biden bullied throughout the debate, but then lost it in the closing statements. Obama has delivered NONE of what he promised in 2008 and Ryan made that crystal clear.
Ryan got much stronger at the end, shame he didnt perform that way through the whole debate. He was too busy trying to get long drawn out points in a 2 minute section which doesnt work.
