Same way Romney has something to hide in those taxes. No time in history (outside of G. W's being leaked) has any candidate released, transcripts and the like. Where are Mitt's college transcripts, passports and oh yes, TAXES. Only a GOP diehard would believe he won't release them because he doesn't want people to know how generous he is. Give me a break.
It's really amazing that here we are four years after Obama's election and we STILL haven't seen these documents. Is there really any doubt that the media is actively campaigning for Obama's re-election? Is there any doubt that we would have seen these documents for any Republican president or candidate?
Here's what will probably happen.
The President will release these documents, and there won't be ANYTHING wrong in any of them.
President Obama has nothing to hide, but after he releases the information Trump will find some
excuse to stiff the charity. Then the rest of us will scrape together whatever we can, and WE will
help some people who truly do need it.
Trump is a loser.
Donald is bullying by offering huge sums of money to charity in exchange for transparency?
He is bullying the President. If he cares so much about these charities he should just donate the 5 million dollars with no strings attached. This is no different than telling a poor starving kid "I'll give you some food, but only if that guy gives me what I want". He is holding the charity hostage.
America doesn't negotiate with terrorists and the President should not negotiate with a bully either. Come on, let's leave partisanship behind for a second. Obama's papers, Romney's tax records, this is all inconsequential for the future of the United States. Can we all focus on what is really important here: choosing between the two parties very different economic policies, and forget about all the other nonsense?
He's got nothing to hide. Might as well make himself look good by just releasing it and helping out the needy. Thats his #1 focus anyway, so why not give them $5mil
Why doesn't Obama just show his college application, transcripts and passport etc. This could be put to rest and a charity of Obama's choice could get $5 million. It's a win, win for everyone.
President Obama should ignore that miserable clown Trump. Donald is jealous that this Black man is what Trump will never be....President of the United States of America...and it is eating Donald Trump alive.
