With Obama, you get the 70's. I'll take the 50's.

As for the rest of the world, Europe is in financial shambles, the middle east is crumbling.... I appreciate my follow humans, but not terribly concerned if they like my president or not.

That's because they don't live here. As was stated, they can have him.

Okay, you'll take the 50s. Now answer this for me. What reason do I, a Black American, have to want the 50s? Last time I checked, Blacks were treated like crap. I'll take the 70s over the 50s any day of the week.

I agreed. In fact, why don't they all band together and he can rule them all right into the ground. It will make them much easier for us to deal with when they can't feed their people and have no economic or military power.

Take Biden to, he can teach them all English.. No, hold of on that idea.

I was just trying to make an economic point, the thing this election is really about.
I can't see how anyone in their right mind could think that Romney is going to turn the clock back on civil rights. It's nothing but a silly scare tactic because Obama has nothing worthwhile to run on.

Maybe that is the big problem here on the right in the USA...... the failure to see past their noses.
The World now affects everything that we do in the USA and trying to pretend that they don't exist or that we should not accept that in te 21st Century, America must get out of the past.
In the Past America was fearless in moving forward and trying new ways but today we are living on old ideas and cannot accept tha the World is no longer looking at America with that "wow" factor of the past. Why?.............. Easy........... we cannot cling onto out of date and now discarded ideas and think we have it right. We are beginning to look like the triangle player in the orchestra telling the other players that they are all out of tune.
If the Space programme or many other great things that put America ahead of the World was suggested today, it wouldn't have a snowball's chance in hell of getting done.
Where did that go ahead spirit go?............... Into the boardrooms of big corporations where mega big profits are God.
