Bob Barr got .4% of the vote in 2008. What in Hades makes anyone even dream that Gary Johnson would get get 12.5 times the votes that Bob Barr got? I like Gary, but he is not 12.5X the candidate that Bob Barr was.

Might as well ask, 'if Mitt Romney gets 99.9999 percent of the popular vote, what will it mean for the future of the GOP?' Throw in whatever unicorn reference you want.

Bob Barr was a joke of a libertarian candidate...the man was no libertarian and people were not dissatisfied with their choices as much as they are this year...I am being optimistic he will get 5% if he doesn't OK then at least we tried our best against all odds, being blacked out, fought tooth and nail to get on the ballot by the republinazi party etc.

Well I just got back from voting, and happily voted for Gary Johnson, I told anyone who asked who I was voting for, and I would ask them, who are you voting for and alot started with "The lesser of the two evils..." I cut them off right there and said, that's the problem, you think you only have two choices, there is Gary Johnson & Jill Stein, and because they were not spoon feed to you by MSNBC, FOX NEWS or CNN, you think they are not voting for, or because you think he will not win (he won't) but if you contribute your vote, and help him get to 5%, in 2016 we will see the change that was suppose to happen when the Obama Hype Machine went into overdrive the last time around.

People actually think there is a difference between voting red or blue, they are the flip side of the same corrupt coin.

While for president I voted for Obama for the other candidates up I voted GREEN straight through !! As we've seen with this current president he does not have as much power as we think. The one's with power though are Congress and if you can get a candidate you like with enough votes for their party then you have a better chance next time of growing that party to be bigger.

The libertarian party on FB at least is saying they don't think we have enough to get to 5% looking at between 1-3%. Its sad so many morons want more of the same...its like having your car stuck between 2 walls and just continuing to go in reverse and then forward you get no where..but hey. They are gonna get a real fun 2nd term for Obama. Can't wait for it to come crashing down
