It amazes me that Congress has a horrible approval rating, but almost all of the incumbents are winning.
Congress needs more turnover. Not a believer in term limits, but campaign reform and federal funding of elections helps to stir the pot.
Double whammy of ideological differences in regions of the country combined with gerrymandering
Meh. This is one thing President Obama seems to be good at;
but often times they seem too rehearsed, disingenuous and preacher like - this

We know that once the next Democrat comes along you're suddenly going to love Obama so that you can seem "balanced," so please, spare us...
This is a truly historic election. Almost as important as 2008. The first lesbian senator and the first direct electoral gains for gay marriage. A repudiation of Akin and the his ilk. Social issues won big.
Don't worry for him everybody, he still has a car elevator and Ann to come home to.
Who knows, he might just now be saying "Ann....elevate me!"
