Oh no, a candidate never has a mess up when making a speech or an introduction....I am sure no one could find a single Republican making a mistake with their words in a speech.
The problem here is that this was not "a mess up" but a statement of true belief.
It is simply amazing that these wonderful liberals are shooting themselves in the foot more and more often. Perhaps it is related to the real possibility of them losing power next week.
You are reaching with this one, I can only assume you always say what you mean and have never messed up your words ever in your life? A politician misspoke, that happens, and with that the other side always has their fun with it, but no one ever takes that seriously because misspeaking is just human nature.
It happens, you have a good laugh about it, and then you move on with your life. I highly doubt Udall meant what he said.
Yet if a republican had said this you and all your liberal buddies would be screaming to the heavens that it is proof of racism on them. A liberal does it and it is no big deal.
More proof of the liberal hypocritical double standard.

Be honest: there are mistakes and then there are mistakes. Claiming he is a 5th generation isn't a mistake, it is a lie. There is a huge difference. The first comment can be considered a mistake...
But he still said it in a speech. Is this the reckless type of politician that we desire son?
I don't think so sport...
