Whose racism? Obama's? Are you saying that none of this is true? He DID say he was a member of this church . You are disputing what he admits? Who are you to do so? Just a follower? Someone on his campaign? Who?
First of all, it is untrue to say that Obama has any connection to Islam. Even his father was not a Muslim. Further, as I have stated, I have been to services at TUCC and it is not anti-anyone, it is pro-black. There is a big difference in being against someone. It is an ignorant slur to call the church's message racist. And the curch has revitalized its neghborhood. Significantly, it does have white members.
Finally, the original rundown is thought to be the work of Ray Mossholder, a former preacher. This was posted about him in 2003:
"The founder of one of the nation's most prominent marriage ministries, Ray Mossholder, announced in January that he was divorcing his wife and marrying a younger woman. He doesn't plan to stay in the pulpit, but he told us that two churches offered him jobs when he announced his resignation."
Well, he DOES introduce himself as an "African-American". That has to be one of the most racist things there can be. I don't say I'm "Polish-American". I'm American. My ancestors were Polish. My Grandmother would have been "Polish American' since she was born in Poland. I was born here. I'm American. My children were born here. They are Americans. My Wife was born in a different country. She's a naturalized American.
This guy was born here. In the USA. So why the African-American position? Take a position already.
If he sounds like a racist, acts like a racist, is a member of various "exclusive" and "non-negotiable" organizations that are racist, which he already admited then he sure as heck looks like a racist to me.
I see that along with his socialist spend and tax plans and it sickens me.
I'm not the one afraid of a candidate because his skin is a different color than mine, or because of what church he attends.
Obama has my vote at this point for several reasons, including the fact that he openly takes responsibility for past decisions, speaks honestly, and is not tainted by nepotism. Yes, there are issues that I don't agree with him on, but someone who is earnest, straightforward, and honest rates high for me. I don't see that in any other candidate.
