Tyranny is once again in our future, unless we rid the nation of those wanting to control freedom.
The tree of liberty is always nourished with the blood of patriots & tyrants.

The Constitution provides a solid framework from which to govern -- it is, however, 225 years old. Things have changed a bit in 225 years, if you haven't noticed. People who try to dictate every aspect of life by antiquated documents become increasingly out of touch and loony. The constitution is relatively young and so is still relatively relevant, but it's not the word of God. Your strict, constitutional fundamentalism is akin to other fundamentalisms.

What has changed in the name of freedom and liberty for all?

The words haven't changed, Bent. Folks simply don't accept your self-appointed expertise as a Constitutional scholar. Know the difference.

Walker is not running as a Democrat candidate, from a Republican perspective he has a lot of achievements.

I'm also appalled this he wasn't able to graduate from Marquette because he was caught cheating.
That is not true, and is debunked by politifact.

If Walker becomes the GOP candidate, Democrats should find better attacks.

Scott Walker would have been an idiot to say "Obama loves America" as he is trying to get the Republican nomination and many of his supporters think Obama hates America. He also would be an idiot to denounce Rudy Giuliani, because he needs his support.

So this will certainly not hurt him in the nomination. But even in the presidental election it won't affect him, because he deflected the question.

I do agree when Walker watches Bush get the nomination, Bush will not be harmed by Rudy's comment, as JB handled it well.

Bush was never interviewed, he sent an email. He also deflected the question, but in a slightly better way.

You are putting too much focus on the wrong issues. This is a non-issue among Republicans.

I do agree primary voters will not care, but Walker stands no real shot anyway. Never did. Bush will win the nomination with ease.
