A year ago, Ted and Rand were the top runners and most vocal in the Republican party, splitting the popularity.
Nothing has changed. Still the most popular among Conservatives. A recent poll here, confirmed that among CD posters.

The media comes along and is in no way going to let a Conservative get close to the whitehouse.

All the sudden, out of the blue,(pun intended) Mitt and Jeb are the front runners?????
That sure didn't get any traction. Mitt knows he isn't popular enough and Jeb has a toxic name....

All the sudden, out of the blue(pun intended) this week, the media announces Scott Walker is the front runner.

Now, I'd take Walker over Mitt or Jeb, but that isn't the change the Conservatives are looking for.
Let's see how much traction Walker gets.... I'm not holding my breath.

The media takes this tactic of throwing stuff at a wall to see which one sticks.

Who is this "you" crap?
I didn't vote for a Progressive.
Romney lost my vote before the media ever declared him "the front runner"

If you are talking about the poll you created (which isn't scientific in any way), you may want to be a little concerned.
Al 6 of the GOP candidates' numbers added in total don't match the 2 Democrats you listed. All together, the Republicans got 35 votes and the Democrats got 36. None of the Republicans garner as many votes as either of the Democrats.

But it's all meaningless anyway. It is still far too early to predict who is going to drop out or jump in, or how any potential candidate will do. As far as I know, not a single one of them has declared yet.

The extremists never learn. Ted Cruz has about as much of a chance as winning the nominee as Bozo the Clown. This was true a year ago, it's true now, and it will be true a year from now. The media isn't conspiring to keep Cruz from the White House. He's too extreme for the overwhelming majority. For that reason, he'll get less than ten percent of the nomination vote if he even bothers to run -- and he shouldn't.

Credible polls show Bush leading. The media , properly, is simply reporting on that.

If that fact offends the OP, so what. Credible polls, done in scientific ways, should still be reported.

Ya, the constitution is very extreme for those that cannot handle freedom and the liberties around them.
