Rumor on the street is that Biden has made a decision to run for President. As if the waters weren't muddy enough. Joe is a great guy, but why subject himself to another round of torture? Wish he would go off and enjoy retirement, but politicians are....well...politicians. Not happy unless they are trying to satisfy their greed and hunger for perceived power--regardless of how foolish they look to us mere mortals.
Him and Hillary are the clear standard bearers for lifelong establishment politicians who are in there for nothing but their own gain and to satisfy their egos.
I despise Hillary Clinton so much that I would welcome Biden as President in the absence of any clear path to the Presidency for a Republican.
Bernie Sanders doesn't have a chance in hell at getting his agenda past the GOP House. He's promising rainbows and unicorns....just like Obama....and will get none of it. It's bothersome that so many of his supporter's don't actually understand that.

Bernie isn't really part of the establishment crowd though. When people are in a mood to buck the leadership, Bernie can tick many boxes.
Biden may throw his hat and someone else may throw lamps.
Throw his hat in the ring origin:
A boxing metaphor that originated in the early 19th century when one who wished to challenge a boxer would throw his hat into the ring as a way of having your challenge noticed in a crowded ring. In 1912 Theodore Roosevelt, who was an avid boxer, was the first presidential candidate to use "throw my hat in the ring" to announce his run at the U.S. presidency.
