Both parties in Iowa and most other states are skewed to their respective extremes. They don't represent mainstream voters anymore.

Basically a two way tie on the Democratic side and a three way tie on the Republican side, but that isn't the narrative you'll get from the media.

This is exactly it. On the Democratic side, Clinton has 22 and Sanders has 21 (or there abouts). Acting like there was any decisive winner on either side last night is extreme hyperbole.

Hmm. All of these polls from the past few weeks showing that Marchioness Trump would win Iowa did not prove accurate.
