Think what you will about Trump. If he holds the town hall meeting at the same time as the debate, Fox will loose a huge amount of money from ratings going down the tubes. The ONLY reason they are having Kelly be on the panel is because they know people will tune in having hopes to see a nasty fight between them.
Trump isn't stupid and knows the game they are playing and doesn't want to be part of it. Good for him.

And Fox didn't have to "tell Trump Kelly was going to be the moderator" (as if he asked that she be removed). He already knew that, and acted accordingly.

All she's been doing is talking (and talking and talking) about the kerfuffle, milking it for all she thinks it's worth, including attracting Michael Moore to her show. I couldn't agree more that she's overrated.

Megyn Kelly grew up in a family full of liberals, and it shows. She should move to MSNBC. Oh wait...she doesn't even have to.
