Not good for the Ted Cruz's campaign. This could cost him a lot of votes.

BREAKING NEWS: Federal 'birther' lawsuit challenges Canadian-born Ted Cruz's eligibility to be president
this is the first from voters who argue that their rights would be violated if his name were to be placed on Election Day ballots.

this isn't the first challenge to cruz's eligibility ( it's about the 8th ) and it lacks a plaintiff with standing ( as do all the others ). this won't affect cruz.

sorry waldo.

If Hillary isn't concerned about being investigated by the FBI and possibly being sent to prison than why should Cruz be worried about as something as trivial as being born in Canada?
Having a questionable country of origin didn't stop Obama.

I agree, lets get this over with so the birthers will get over themselves. I am sure there will be those who refuse to accept that he is eligible, but at least Trump will finally give it a rest wrt Cruz.

Hillary has the "establishment" and 1% behind her, this is why she doesn't care about rules & laws.

Cruz doesn't have this kind of access.
