She sure sounds like she has a sinus infection! I'm prone to those and she sure sounds like me when the gunk is draining down my throat! Yuck!
So embarrassing having those coughing fits in public... when I was a waitress there was a couple of times I had to literally just leave the table, mouthing the words "I'll be right back" and barely made it to the back before breaking into a horrible coughing fit!
Well, anyway, that's my guess from the sounds of it.
Doesn't Hillary know that you are suppose to cough/sneeze into your elbow-pit. So gross that she can't cough properly. She probably infected half that crowd.

And she's wearing the Mrs. Magoo goggles again as a result of that fall and concussion and mini stroke. Could be any number of neurological problems or medicine side effects.
