She should have been arrested when she walked out of the protest area. Where were the cops? People have a right to go to rallies, these violent protesters are beyond the pale.

Alex (the 15 year old girl) should be charged for the assault (as a juvenile).
Dan Crandall (the "old" man) did not assault her and will not be charged. I wonder if he will press charges.
Pepper spray guy looks young, but over 18, is in deep doo-doo and will be identified and charged for the assault.
Your video does not show the ENTIRE episode. It shows the girl involved in an altercation when she accuses a man of groping her. There is no video of BEFORE. While the man vehemently denies even touching her, and witnesses back him up, in a crowd like that, someone could have groped her and she could have mistaken the identity of the groper.
What cannot be mistaken is someone carrying pepper spray, working his way toward the altercation, and then spraying the girl.
Waldo has moved on to a different agenda since he or she can't win the battle here. So they created another thread on the topic lol it's interesting.

Got Eeem pepper spray should have never been allowed in this event. You can't spray that stuff without hurting others around you. I've been in a room where pepper spray was sprayed and that stuff has you choking like crazy

I posted a video that disproved the allegations being made in this topic. The girl was not groped or sexually assaulted as accused by some, and she clearly punched someone who wasn't doing anything to her. And she was making threatening advances towards several others and got pepper sprayed for it.
Yay, so now we have conservatives defending a sexual assault victim getting pepper sprayed! Such decent people they are. My favorite part of this video is how these decent Trump supporters hurl curse words and racial slurs at her as she leaves (wouldn't be a Trump rally without someone shouting "n***** lover!", now would it?).

There was no groping. He tapped her with a piece of paper when he was talking to her.
