Best bet: Female minority with political experience. Susana Martinez still seems to be the most logical choice.

People to cross off the list: White men.

Martinez is a good choice but New Mexico is riddles with problems and some blame her. She might not be so great for that reason alone.

It won't be Martinez, she doesn't support the wall.

Makes sense, I cannot think of anyone in particular right now, I pray not Rubio or Kasich, I think he will surprise us.

OK, I accept your explanation. I guess your reputation for being a Trump/Republican basher and trasher precedes you.

Seriously? Look through the the thread, only one person made that leap. ((*cough*)) By the way, I have been an active Republican since I first registered to vote, voting Republican in every general presidential election except one time in all those decades. Labeling me or anyone else supporting Republicans other than Trump as Republican brashers or trashers is simply ludicrous. No, I don't like Trump at all but my point remains if Trump becomes the nominee his VP choice matters far more than in past elections. It is a discussion worthy of having on an intellectual level without drama, personal attacks, or name calling.
