Please, nobody would put such incriminating evidence in writing but we can read between the lines. Moreover, there is absolutely no documentation -- as in none, that there was any quid pro quo regarding the Clinton Foundation. That's all made-up. We do know that many who donated were denied access and many who donated had the clout to gain access without donation.
So your standards for Clinton, and Trump are COMPLETELY different?

If there is any merit to your OP, which there is not. Clintons Issues far exceed what Trump is perceived to done. This is amateur hour compared to the Email and the Clinton Foundations. Plus all of the foreign donors who donated to Clinton which has ended in her Campaign.
This probably the biggest Non Story that the left is attempting to paint Trump. While intent has been establish in the Emails Scandals and national Security.

But, then... trump is actually in the middle of cases that are going through the court system. The 'found guilty' part is coming. Unless he gives in and settles.
Found guilty, is only an action in criminal court. Trump is in civil courts, it would be found liable or non liable.
