If McCain chooses Romney as his VP, I hope and pray we have a 3rd party candidate run in this election, because there is no way I could vote for McCain, especially if he chooses Romney.

I'm a conservative republican that has been totally against Hillary since the beginning, however if no 3rd party candidate runs, then I just might consider switching sides and voting for Hillary.

If McCain chooses Huckabee then I will feel at least a little bit more comfortable voting for him.

If Obama gets nominated, there is no way on earth he will get my vote, I probably would just choose not to vote this election.

John McCain, you must pick Huckabee if you dont want to alienate a large percentage of republican voters.

A 3rd party will just split the vote and let someone get in w/out a % of popular vote over 50 %. It happened w/Bill Clinton. It serves as a protest vote, nothing more.

exactly, it would be a protest vote, thereby defaulting to a candidate that I wouldnt vote for in the first place.

I've been hearing others say he needs to pick Romney for the same reason.

It wouldn't surprise me if McCain chooses Condoleeza Rice as his VP. I'm a conservative and have a hard enough time voting for McCain as it is.

We don't need a third party. Let the RNC and DNC finally and offically complete their merger. To fill the gap we need an actual conservative party in this country. Not an evangelical Christian party, not a social party, but a Constitutional based conservative party.

It's an automatic win for the rep party if he picks Romney. Game over. Its already been quoted that matchup would get +-58% of the vote vs anyone Obomba or Hillary runs at them

I would go for that in a heartbeat. We would be protect and Romnet would turn the country into the positive like he did the Olympics and every business he has ever owned.

Dont know if any 3rd party would do any good but I sure wish NEWT would have ran, he is waiting on 2012.
