You didn't refute what he said. As usual, you stated your opinion, and your hopes, not facts.
The electoral college edge that he was referring to has been documented in recent elections. There is absolutely nothing that you have ever posted that documents that there has been a sea change this year and that all comparisons with the recent past are invalid.
Just stomping your feet rhetorically and posting dubious links to nut job websites doesn't make it so.
It's as simple as that.
The election refuted what you said. I was absolutely right about the sea change. Trump got over 300 EVs.
You are right to an extent. But VA has 20% black population. FL has 16%, OH has 12%, and PA has 11%. Not too bad for those swing states.
Go check out the polls on who is winning in the following Blue and Swing States: NY, CA, MA, NH, RI, CT, PA, MD, DE, VA, DC, FL, OH, MI, MN, IL, WI, IA, HI, NM, OR and WA.
If you wish to insert your "reasoned rationale" that completely contradicts the polls, that is your prerogative. I am sure Rosie O'Connell feels that she is very attractive and a nice person, but her opinion doesn't make it so.
Mick
You seem to have much in common with Rosie "O'Connell".
On election night, PBS stated that in Virginia, Clinton was +9% in Arlington county but -13% in ALL the rest of the state when compared to Obama in 2012. Would this indicate that if Trump could significantly cut government payroll, that VA would return to a red state.

I think the only Blue areas in VA are in Richmond and NoVA. So yes, if Trump cuts the government payroll, it might have a big effect.
Wow Hillary did better than Trump everywhere....hopefully that trend and end result will continue in 2020.
I like what you did there.
