If you don't count attacking the women that Wild Bill raped and sexually harassed or assaulted as a form of sexual harassment. She isn't attacking any men so her harassment is gender specific. Crooked Hillary is clearly a man hater. She talks about helping children but when she gets specific she only refers to girls and women. To get the black vote she has to demonize white men and separate them out in typical divisive fashion. That is the reason she won't get support from the majority of white men. All very popular with minorities who can't see they are being played for their vote. Every voting cycle we see the leaders of the black communities saying she has to earn their support and can't take it for granted. Then she takes it for granted and they vote for her. While the evidence shows they have fallen behind and never get anything but beads and trinket handouts but never a hand up. Government has taken the place of the slave master to keep people dependent. They see socialism and redistribution as their only hope of getting anything. Many young people see this also as the only way to get a piece of the pie. Once they eat the pie then they are on starvation road because no one is going to keep baking the pie when they can't profit from their production.
The most recent example : Look at Venezuela, a once prosperous country who had no problem feeding their population compared to it's current state of decline from socialistic policy's.
