The DNC would risk the votes of millions of people who want Bernie. After all, Bernie ran a campaign and put up a good fight against Clinton. Biden hasn't done squat. Bernie supporters feel like they were screwed once. I don't think they'll tolerate it a second time and may just boycott the election if they just willy nilly put Biden in that spot.
IMO: The DNC may use the Hillary health problems as an excuse to replace her because they know that in the raw hidden reality that they and the MSM don't admit she's not "polling" well at all for their liking.

The problem for them is that even if they wanted to, they can't replace her unless she wants to be replaced which is unlikely.

Me too. Due to lingering pneumonia symptoms. I seriously cannot see how she is going to stand for 2 hours under pressure. It just does not seem physically possible for her anymore. Due to whatever ailment she really is suffering from.

hearing the news of DNC intent to replace Clinton with Biden if the chips are down.

No matter most USA citizens are tired of the establishment and its potential replacement candidates, TRUMP represents the non-establishment and most USA voting citizens will vote TRUMP as POTUS imo.
