Thats laughable. I am not assuming anything. How did the NYT get his taxes the other day. This admin will put out any data they can to smear him. His taxes were mailed to the NYT by someone at the IRS. think about that. Using the IRS AS a political tool. Dont be so naive.
The forms were not the Federal forms they were the 3 state forms. There is zero evidence that the returns came from the IRS. More than likely a disgruntled employee within the Trump organization.
Frankly it wouldn't surprise me that Trump himself mailed the forms to the New York Times.
I had a contractor from Pitman doing work for me in Cherry Hill. I told him that I appreciated him scheduling me so quickly. He told me that things had been slow & I reminded him that Trump kept putting out the word that he was looking for people.
That's when my contractor told me about the guys that he knew, who were good workers & good contractors who had been stiffed. He told me that he & his wife had discussed the topic & he decided that he'd take a shift at a local factory if it stayed slow & pick up contracting work on his days off before he'd roll the dice on Trump. Over the next several years I heard more stories about Trump stiffing people. Are you trying to tell me that every small contractor in South Jersey was bad? Those are the people that Trump stiffed. . .the little guys. . .the ones who got stiffed were the guys who couldn't afford to go up against Trump's army of lawyers.
I don't doubt anything you said.
I wonder what were his reasons.
From my experience contractors down here in SJ overall stink imo.
But like I've been saying in this part of CD for quite some time - he's not perfect.

My contractor was very good. I knew several people who had used him before me. He vouched for the other guys. Yet Trump told them that he didn't like their work. My contractor knew a larger contractor who was there when the other guys were working who said that there was nothing wrong with the work & it was not redone. Yet, somehow, this has never been discussed openly until Cory Booker talked about it at the Democratic convention. That tells me that it was done to small contractors in North Jersey, as well.

You are very naive to think Obamas democratic party/admin didnt send this via someones orders.
You don't seem to be aware that the federal government had gone after Trump many times already.
The earliest case we know of is the US Dept of Justice suing Trump for Anti-trust violation in 1988. Trump lost the case and had to pay $750,000 in penalty and fines.
Exactly, and he hasnt been convicted of any wrong doings. Where did that 750000 go? Was this an out of court settlement?
People Pay fines all the time to IRS, like for not Having ACA.

Trump has indeed been convicted of wrong doing. He violated Anti-Trust laws and the penalty was a $750,000.
In many court cases, when it is clear that he will lose, Trump will settle ahead of time so that he can claim that he wasn't actually convicted but paid the fine with no admittance of guilt. I believe he did this in several Fair Housing Act discrimination cases.
