If I start a foundation and then donate to it so I can get a tax write off, and then that foundation pays my costs that otherwise, wouldnt be tax deductible, it would be called a tax cheat scam from the left, who ran around whining that things like healthcare costs and mortgage deductions are subsidized by the taxpayers..
What is your evidence that the Clinton Foundation was founded for the reason laid out in this post. The Politico story you linked does not support the scenario .
The Clinton foundation, as noted by FBI, was originally filed as a non profit for the Clinton Library for Bill.. Then it changed course and became something most people see as a pay to play selling of political influence via Hillary.

The answer is that the Dems have (at least) a little bit of class.
Use the same logic, and ask yourself why the Repubs have gone after Hillery multiple times on the same non-scandals (Benghazi, Email, etc.) and keep coming up blank, even when the investigators are led by a motivated, republican-friendly foe of the Clintons.
If there was something to any of it, they would have already nailed Hillary to the wall!
Unlike the Republicans, the Dems will let the law take it's natural course. Their focus is not "bring Trump down", it's "do the job they were elected to do. In that, they'll get out of the way and let justice take it's course, rather than irrespsonibly waste taxpayer money.
Hate Hillary or don't, that's your choice, but how can you support the constant choice of the RNC to put party in front of country to remove this foe that they are so afraid of?
