I think it is always best to be a skeptic.
I believe that there is a darned good chance that a number of high officials, including presidents, have been guilty of a lot of crimes and should, by rights, be or have been incarcerated. So sure .. if Bush and Cheney were actually responsible for those embassy attacks, they should be held to account for them and 'punished' in whatever way the law states one should punish someone guilty of whatever crimes they are convicted of. They are just people like the rest of us - not 'so important' that they should get away with things just because of their positions. No one should be above the law.
So what do you call Obama and his FBI/Comey, who all but convicted Hillary and then failed to indict?
