Putin and Trump are 2 peas in a pod. One's a dictator, the other's a dictator wanna-bee.

Clinton drove home the point that 17 different military and intelligence agencies all concluded that Russian state-sponsored hackers stole the DNC e-mails (and have done other hacking of US systems). Independent network security experts outside the U.S. have agreed that the digital fingerprints all point to Russia. Trump and Putin are the only two political figures who have said there is no proof the Russians did it.

Not only that, there have been no hacks of the Trump campaign. Mighty interesting huh? And the geniuses that are following this guy don't see a thing wrong with it.

Is there any actual proof Russia is responsible for any of these leaks?
The only official word I've read was that Russia may or may not have hacked the DNC. In 2008, the official word was that China hacked the DNC and the RNC, no maybe's there.

And yet, the people who are supposed to be "experts", those that we're supposed to trust on who they believe (not know for certain btw) is hacking our systems without question are the SAME ones that since the problem in 2008 have not been able to protect our vital systems.
So, how expert are they really?

As I've said before, I don't get why we're allowing this mass hacking to continue. Granted, whatever man can make, man can break but this is happening way too frequently in wayyyyy too many areas for there not to be questions about competence and/or commitment.
Someone is NOT hiring the right people or not placing the right people in the right jobs, OR (as an outlier thought) it's on purpose.

Sr. was smart - he knew when to leave. Jr was stupid. He took us to war when we had the situation contained. It cost 3,000 American lives and anywhere between 60,000 to 600,000 Iraqi lives (depending on who you believe): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George...d_the_Iraq_War. In that Wikipedia article it quotes Bush in this sentence: On December 14, 2005, while discussing the WMD issue, Bush stated that "It is true that much of the intelligence turned out to be wrong." So we basically sacrificed those lives for the wrong reason. That is not even talking about the pain and suffering caused by the war.

To me; it was about his ratings. His father made the right moves when it came to war with Iraq. Jr's ratings were plummeting and he reached for a distraction. This is not a immaterial to the discussion because we see the same thing happening with Hillary's bid for the Presidency. It's all about politics and appearance. She made many mistakes and she wants to distract us from her emails, Pay for Play, her husband's infidelities and the way she helped cover them up, and her real agenda. Obama is in play because he does not want to see his directives erased. We are destroying the world for our President or candidate's appearance - politics as usual! That is why we cannot trust our own government. We have a President that will run to Mexico and explain his policies to them and will not say one word to us. My gut (Trump's current problem) feeling is that we do not care about what other countries know - just as long as they do not tell us.

Thumbs down A little info on the Russia MEME and a reason to doubt it...

So, some people wonder why one should doubt what our government "experts" when they say Russia is behind the hacks.

More recently, intelligence chief James Clapper formally accused the Russians of orchestrating the hacks into the emails of the DNC and other figures which have been published by WikiLeaks, DCLeaks.com and Guccifer 2.0.

This is the same James Clapper who in 2014 baldly denied to Congress that the NSA was collecting metadata from Americans; that was before Edward Snowden revealed that the U.S. government was indeed collecting such information. That lie earned Clapper threats of perjury charges and a call for his resignation from Senator Rand Paul.

Why should we trust him now?

No, the media just wants to associate Russia with Trump because both are the bogeyman in their eyes.

The Ukraine paid the HRC Foundation; Russia didn't pay - end of story. It is what we have seen over and over again. You pay and we reward; you don't we punish - even if it means destroying life as we know it in the Northern Hemisphere!

Actually, we don't know whether there has been any hacks of the Trump campaign.

Given Putin's KGB background, it would be mighty odd if the Russian's didn't hack Trump's campaign staff. Manafort, who was on Trump's campaign staff for several months, was a Russian operative, so there certainly would have been opportunity to do so.

Could be that Putin is holding out for a more useful time to use this information.
