Trump Tower in Toronto just declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy today. It's only been open for 4 years. There are so many suits pending against the property they are too numerous to count. Luxury condos selling for a million dollars that turn out to be worthless. FYI: Trump tower, Toronto is the tallest skyscraper in Canada at 64 stories.
Trump properties are worthless to anybody that invests in them. A cash cow of revenue and tax deductions for the orange Julius, though.
Well, no matter what he claims, Trump refuses to release his income tax returns, which has been customary for every presidential candidate for the past 40 years. So he must be hiding something.
Honestly, I don't care what Trump is worth, but he sure loves to boast about his wealth!

It's customary that people under FBI investigation don't run for POTUS, but here we are.
Trump is not the project’s developer or even an investor.
You dems are really getting desperate.
He's not the developer or investor in hardly any of his holdings. He uses other people's money and gets others to develop and then put's his name on the marquee for a price and when it all goes bust, walks with the accounts receivable and huge tax deductions for himself based on other people's losses. It's the Trump template for doing business. It's the only Trump business plan he has. Atlantic city ring a bell? Well, say hello to Toronto.
FYI: Trump Towers is a property management organization. His operation manages the day to day of Trump towers, Toronto. The property succeeds or fails based on good or bad management. Hilton, Starwood, Ritz Carlton, etc. are all hospitality management corps. Just like Trump Organization. they don't own any of their properties. Other people do as investors and developers. These companies only manage. I know this because I'm affiliated with the very largest hotel management company in the world.
