Dems have a very good chance of winning POTUS in 2018 if Trump is still the candidate and if they pick a moderate. Put up a wacky extremist like Elizabeth Warren and you will produce 4 more years of Trump. Surely there is a moderate left somewhere in the Democratic party. Any moderate will win against Trump. Hopefully they have seen what happens when voters are offered two bad extremes.

How good a job a president has done cannot be measured for years or decades. Obama and Trump both employ the same style "You WILL do what I say" The downside of that, is it gets overturned immediately by the next guy. IF everything gets overturned in less than 8 years, then what did you accomplish? Nothing. When it all sorts out, both Obama and Trump are likely to be seen as having accomplished nothing.

sure she says she won't but I believe she said that about 2016 as well

the truth is while a few liberals (the Bernie kind) don't like her, the majority, including most of the party, the celebrities, the organizations etc love Hillary Clinton and see her as a liberal/feminist icon. They genuinely believe that Russia stole the election from her and she is entitled to be president

I can see Hillary running in 2020 on the "stolen election" narrative with 98% at least of the Dems backing her
Yeah, give her back her "stolen" votes.....all "12" of them....

She was also quoted in 2010 as saying she wouldn't run again and look how that turned out.

I think she will run again. She's wanted this since Bill's presidency. Maybe she's doing what Jerry Brown did. Waiting for a different generation of voters who don't know her well. 'Course, she's no spring chicken. Time's running out for the old girl.

I really, really hope she runs again. Time does her no favors.

Hillary has a new role, it is clearly defined. It does not involve running for POTUS in 2020.

My guess is the Rs are sick because they have based their entire party on hating people and right now they have nobody to direct that hate at.

As of today, I believe the democrats have publicly hung themselves enough that…It's gonna be awhile before democrats can win an election.

The only way she will run is if somebody blows a hole in the side of the penitentiary - then she will be on the 'run'! Of course it is hard to get away with that broken toe!

Maybe that's why Trump hasn't locked up Hillary yet....he wants her to be his opponent in 2020.
