The votes in SE Florida (Miami metro) are still reporting with PB county @ 66% in , Broward @ 70% & Miami @ 85% and these are the most Democratic counties in the state.

Cruz is finally up with 36,000 votes against Beto. Harris County where Houston is located in has 0% reporting. Same with El Paso. Rural areas have been reporting in with Cruz as the favorite.
