Again, they've been teaching sex ed for over a decade and there are a record number of pregnant teens. The course isn't working.
I saw some story about some idiot kids in Florida that thought that Mountain Dew prevented pregnancy, because they implemented abstinence only education there so the "education" was based on hear say.
