Default How can Obama say we need to be energy independent, but not be for it until like 3 weeks ago?

Seriously.

He just said this. Yet who were the ones holding up drilling?

Please don't post about moving off of oil. Everyone knows we need to do this, but you can't just do it immediately. There needs to be a transition period.
