Gosh, that could describe a whole host of women I can think of. Unfortunately for her, Sarah Palin is not one of them.

Funny I watched the debate Palin constantly looked at her cards.
I thought Biden sounded eloquent and knowlegable, Palin sounded like Gabby Hayes doggone It you betcha. Biden won. The Americans I was with thought so too.
