There is not one word as to what these "new treatment models" are. It's just like "maverick". It means nothing.

New treatment models can be anything. There are many treatment models for all kinds of disorders and diseases.

For example, if you are treating autism, there is not one treatment model for that disorder. People with children who have autism just go in circles treating their children using traditional and non-traditional methods.

What is needed for autism is a good and proven treatment model. But will this be possible?

Is this the joke of the day? I have worked in health care for almost 40 years! It can be "anything". That is hilarious. It takes years of research to develop these "new treatment models". He's counting on some just dropping out of the sky?

I know McCain has a special interest in autism, which I think is great. But it may be decades until "new treatment models" can cure/control it, if then.

Default What's taxable in this case?

My employer self insures it's employees health insurance. Simply stated,
the company uses Blue Cross to adjudicate the payments to the doctors and pharmacies. Blue Cross does the bookwork. Each month Blue Cross sends our company a billing for the payments made. The company then sends them a checks for the benefits paid and a check for the fee to manage our health plan. Who gets taxed in this arrangement?
