As I said in another post a while back, I've finally figured out why the "my friends" comment creeps me out so much- it reminds me of another guy who was desperate to get something, and would stop at nothing to get it. This guy's catch phrase though, was "my precious", not "my friends"........
I sort of liked "my fellow Americans, I come to you tonight with a heavy heart",
do you know who that was?

One day you'll be old and tired, then you'll look back on such comments and shake your head.. Oh, and you probably won't have to go through being a POW to boot.
I'm not a fan of his, but have some respect, please.
