In Greenville, NC yesterday, Sarah Palin said....

"We believe that the best of America is not all in Washington, D.C. We believe....We believe that the best of America is in these small towns that we get to visit, and in these wonderful little pockets of what I call the real America, being here with all of you hard working very patriotic, um, very, um, pro-America areas of this great nation."

Here's a question for everyone-- is your area of the United States pro-America or anti-America? Please explain.

She is s pistol that one. Would you not like to see her just accept that everyone is pretty much proAMerican. So are the rest of us bitter and clinging to our internationalist views? Why can't they get that we are all part of the real America! We are America, the cities, the towns, the deserts, the mountains, the plains. This land is my land, this land is your land, from California, to the New York Island...... and so on.

Pro-America to her means probably means Redneckville where people love George Bush, they are very happy and satisfied with the way things are going and want more of it for another 4 years. This woman needs to have her head checked.

We were certainly all pro-America when th Trade Center and Pentagon got bombed. Hope we still are. I am in Maryland and consider myself to be a pro-America, Obama supporter.

when there are americans saying that they think socialism would be better than what we have, i would say that is anti-american. when you have a presidential candidate who wants to bill american taxpayers for his global poverty bills and his world debt forgiveness bill i would say that he is acting anti-american. you have to take care of your own country and your own people first, as you are just an employee of the taxpayers.

When you are campaigning for VP, one must be careful to like all areas of the US equally. You can't just pick on DC and says its not American. Heck she will have to live there in the unlikely event that she wins.
