Sorry, but this thread has truly outlived itself. Besides a random post here and there this thread is no longer on topic. Closed.

Default How To Enforce A Citizens Grand Jury Indictment Of Obama

A Constitutional Scholar, Gerald Donaldson will explain: How to enforce a people's Grand Jury Indictment on blog talk radio tonight. I know a lot of you are wondering about this, and I found this show covering 'how to enforce these indictments'.

US Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia ruled:
"In fact, the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional Government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people."

In researching this, that quote refers to an actual Grand Jury, not a citizen's Grand Jury.

504 U.S. 36

Quote:
Respondent Williams was indicted by a federal grand jury for alleged violations of 18 U.S.C. 1014. On his motion, the District Court ordered the indictment dismissed without prejudice because the Government had failed to fulfill its obligation under Circuit precedent to present "substantial exculpatory evidence" to the grand jury. Following that precedent, the Court of Appeals affirmed.

Maybe you should listen and see if it smacks of a April fool. This is going to be discussed by a Constitutional Scholar, something I doubt you are.
