I found this website that is following all of the 2010 races by the most current polling done and rates whether the states are leaning, a likely pick up by the other party, safe or a toss up. The rates change for each state when there is a new round of polling.

The 3 ratings changes in the most current polling round are for Pennsylvania, Nevada and Wisconsin. The website says what the rating was before it changed (example: was toss-up now leans to a GOP pick-up).

Good site, Laura. I believe NH should be changed to "lean GOP hold" instead of a pick up because the current senator, Judd Gregg is a republican.

I like this one. It's been around through several election cycles and has a pretty good record.
