Mitch Hedberg has kind of a cult following but there are a lot of people that dont know about him.

I like Doug Benson
Nick Swardson (plays the gay rollerskating Terry on Reno 911 - His standup is great)
Brian Posehn

Russell Peters is a Canadian-(Asian)Indian comedian, he has lots of clips on You Tube. He tells lots of great immigrant stories and jokes.

Rich Vos is one of my favorites. I think he is still the only white guy to have done Def Comedy Jam.

Back in the early 80s Showtime had comedy specials called the "Big Laugh Off". They took place in different cities Like the "New York Big Laugh Off"'
"The San Fransisco Big Laugh Off" and so on.
It was a competition which the winner won a certain amount of money.
Eddie Murphy came third place (he was robbed) The guy who won ended up doing sock commercials.

I don't remember which installment I saw Bobby Slayton on but I laughed hard enough to remember him from that show.

Yep. To be honest, only the last of those you listed did anything for me - and Hedberg has some great material, but I had to look away while listening, jeezomighty that guy needs to not smoke crack before he gets on stage

Sneed and Foster were good IMO.

Re the rest, sorry but just can't get into "ghetto humour" - yo word sup blah etc
