Well guess what, apparently the bunch of most beautiful women does not coincide with the most efficient/clean public transportation, the best plumbing systems or general sanity of a place.
As they say, god works in mysterious ways...

PS. So what should we make out of the fact that OP didn't even bother to include YOUR EUROPEAN NECK OF WOODS as an option?
That beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and so is the definition of Europe?
What, no Lisbon on the list?
I feel bad for you, Neuling...

A big chunk of Poland is to the East of Russia.

I still don't know why the Swiss have been left out of this.

Because the Swiss are nothing but bunch of Germans/French/Italians united around one big bank in the middle, so bank aside, the options for "Swiss" are really still the same - Munich, Milan, Paris..

Yes, I had already noticed that Lisbon was missing from the list, which is why the op and the whole thread have lost their credibility, frankly Seems like those options were arrived at by some sort of lottery

Not on my map

If Russia were part of Europe, Turkey and even parts of the Middle East should also be considered part of Europe, after all, nobody looks Chinese there, either

Did you draw it yourself?

The reason that not everyone in Turkey looks "Chinese," is because it USED to be part of Europe, the Byzantium you know, but Turks invaded it from Asia and took over the place. That's why it's not considered "European" any longer. I hope this helps.
If you step aside from a map designed personally by you, and look at one of the regular maps, you'll discover that Russia is in Europe, the older Ukrainian part in particular. (Always has been and it has got nothing to do with E.U either.)

Oh yes, now one isolated enclave is the same a the whole country That's like saying the a large chunk of the USA is north of Canada, just because Toronto is south of Seattle

Who says what a European is? Actually Europeans are the offspring of people from the Middle East. There is no clear divide. Many people consider the Bosporus the border between Europe and Asia, but people are the same on both sides of the 'border'.
