Traveling to France and Italy from the US and wanted to know what to buy. I am a male 47. I love cologne, fashion, cheese but open to other things.
thanks
Chocolate. Candy bars such as Snickers or Milky Way are made with a higher quality chocolate than in the US, although, they are still good over here. Each time I return home, every empty space in my luggage is filled with a chocolate bar.
In Italy, if you are ever in Florence you can go to the San Lorenzo Market and pick up some high quality silk ties for really cheap not to mention leather bags, belts, etc.

Be careful with buying stuff in Italy. Alot of says its "made in Italy" and/or "Real Leather" but its not. If the store reeks of leather smell, thats a bad sign. If the inside lining is leather, they can legally put "Real Leather" and "Made in Italy" as long some part of the jacket/tie/etc was made in Italy.
I found everything to be WAY cheaper in the US. France does have some great cologne though. Not sure how your frame is but nothing fit me properly in Europe either.
Take photos, buy things you like and don't go out thinking "this a good buy" cause its won't be.
