It's the old one - "Варежка," and yes, Soviet cartoons were very-very good, starting from "Mowgli," that was 100 times better than Disney's, because of the plot.

This is one more, my all times favorite - The making of the movie.

The total value of about 50% as a normal value of Europe. I think that the majority did not come to the elections because they are satisfied with the current situation. They do not want to waste time.

I think the factor that is much more important is that a lot of people - young especially - aren't interested in politics at all. They prefer to stay at home.

Probably, people who have some amount of scepis on the current government, don't believe in the opposition too.

Besides, we shouldn't mistake, for example, a person belonging to middle-class with a person having "oppositional views".

A man can be an owner of a fitness-club and so belong to middle-class. But an owner of a fitness-club might support Mr. P. and his party.

I am not really an expert of Russian politics and not really particulary interested in it but they say here that in this time the Duma elections in Estonia were more quiet than usually and Russian authorities rented less rooms than usually it has been done in case of Duma elections. I´ve heard Russian authorities are not interested in active participation of diaspora Russian citizens as they are believed to be sceptical about the ´United Russia´ party.

Nah, in Western Eurpe the turnout is usually 70-80%.

Interesting, Yabloko got 9.5% of the votes in Moscow, 9.1% in St Pete and 7.8% in Karelia. City people knows better.

Yabloko could have had much more votes, but Yabloko is their own worst enemy.
Only idiots reiterate loudly "Crimea is Ukraine" and still hope to be elected anywhere.
There are a lot of good people there, but as politicians they are total idiots.
