Yes, TU 154 doesn't have a good safety record, but this was MoD plane, so I would think they'd take better care of it. So we can only wait and see the results of investigation at this point.

The main sign of terrorists is terror of local residents. The opposition did not allow residents to leave the city for a special humanitarian corridors.
