I think I still prefer Sweden overall. Stockholm is more interesting and nicer than Oslo.
When will your swedes ever learn!?! The climate in Norway aint slightly worse, its just a littlebit diverse, maybe interesting to some degree, but to Call it bad is to exaggerate. And this diverse weather aint all over Norway, only on the western part of Norway during winter. From Southern part of Norway towards Oslo the weather is pretty much like swedish weather, in other Words not too dramatic. Northern part of Norway is Sibir.

Rogaland county probably have most diversety in weather during Winter. One day its horizontal rain weather because of wind and next day sunshine and rain both on the same time It rarly snows but happens now and then.

A littlebit of fresh air in a small town not too far away from Bergen city:

No city in Norway has as warm summer temperatures as Stockholm and most of southern Sweden (although not that big difference but still). Oslo is colder than Stockholm, but both have D climates.

Norwegian sounds nicer than Swedish, and I like the Norwegian road signs/system more similar to North American. Norway the only European country with yellow center divided line...

Oslo average high the 5 warmest months combined: 18.6C
Stockholm average high the 5 warmest months combined: 18.8C

Not much of a difference.

I wouldn't mind working in Norway at all some day, they seem to have a very well functioning job market and the pay they offer seems phenomenal.

Sweden just seems a very strange society, man.. 13% of the voters root for a nazi party?

Not much of a difference.
Oslo has almost 200 hours of less annual sunshine as well, slightly colder winters and more precipitation.
Scandinavia has a D climate, including Finland. Your winters are depressing with very short daylight and lack of sunshine. Summers are more like spring and fall.

I've been to Finland in the summer via Viking Line cruise.

Saw on the news that they also burned down two mosques recently, and that in one school district the principal banned the Swedish flag due to not wanting to insult some people

Not arguing against that. True.

But we have been blessed with really good summers too recently. I hope the trend continues.
