No panick I'am pretty sure Merkel and co will take actions that this kind of event don't happen again:
Like changing the colors of the eiffel tower (or some other monuments) to the color of spain, make (propagand) communication to inform people how islam is a peaceful religion and how muslims are good people, welcome millions of refugees to open the mind of locals....
