The reason I compare the two is because Germany by far has the largest Turkish diaspora population in the world.
I believe Turkish women on average are better looking than German women because on average I prefer brunette women over blonde women. And I do not see German women who look similar to these Turkish actresses for example!
Beauty in terms of quantity aka "numbers game" probably is won by German gals.
The quality of beauty at the top of Turkish society though? Spectacular! I´m not sure how this all started, but Turkish soap operas dubbed into Spanish are pretty common in Latin America. There are some stunning women on these programs.

You as an Anglo Saxon what attracted you to Latin America? The women correct? So you are not huge into blonde women or else you would not have a fetish for Hispanic women. So Turkish women should be way more your type than than German women because because there is phenotype overlap between Turkish women and Hispanic but no phenotype overlap between Hispanic women and German women. German women would stick out like a sore thumb in Latin America but Turkish women would not stick out like a sore thumb. There is a Turkish actress on the Turkish soap opera Bizim Hakaye who resembles a Hispanic actress named Roselyn Sanchez!

Well a majority of German women don't have natural blonde hair. Many of them have natural very dark hair and even many have dark brown eyes.
