Like I said before: Scandinavia has a terrible drinking problem/drug problem and rehab clinics all over from the southern parts all the way up to the northern parts. It drains alot of taxpayer money. UK especially Scotland has a similar problem along with Ireland. This has to end.

I don't know why you have a bee in your bonnet over this or what it has to do with https://dnyuz.com/2022/09/20/sweden-...ng-unbearable/

The article in the OP has an inflammatory, exaggerated title, but pretty much everything else in it has been said and reported on many times elsewhere about contemporary Sweden.

It all explains the recent election results that some consider "ominous".

And of course, denying and ignoring the issues also contributes greatly to these matters bubbling over now.

Scandinavia is far from the top of the lists of countries by per capita alcohol consumption.
Finland, the highest, is ranked #31.

The alcohol consumption per capita is lower in Sweden and Norway compared with most European countries and the U.S. Denmark has a slightly higher consumption than the U.S. The drug problem in Scandinavia pales in comparison with the opioid epidemic in America. OxyContin, for instance, is only prescribed for severe pain.

Preventing an opioid epidemic in Norway: Focusing on treatment of chronic pain

Alcohol consumption per capita (2018) - litres of pure alcohol per capita

Germany - 12.9
France - 12.3
U.K. - 11.4
Denmark - 10.3
U.S. - 9.9
Sweden - 8.9
Norway - 7.4

And Finland is not part of Scandinavia. It is a Nordic country.

No pun intended towards the Nordic countries, I love them but I have inside information about this substance abuse epidemic. Links are totally unecessary at this point.

Does Christiania and the Westerbro neighborhood in Copenhagen ring any bells?
