Get to the doctor, and have him/her run the gamut of typical blood tests.
I had a similar issue, back in May. Finally went to the doctor, and my liver enzymes were through the roof. Long story short, it was lucky I went to the doctor when I did. So don't delay, it's better to be safe than sorry!

I don't see why its not obvious to you and everyone else on here. 4-5 hours of sleep is not enough. Humans need 7-9 hours depending on individual and even age(some studies show teens & young adults need 9). People that constantly get less than that tend to get sick. Go to bed early enough and get a full night's rest and you will feel better. The body needs sleep because that is when your body regenerates and heals itself plus people need their REM sleep. This should be a no-brainer!

Default No

No, no, no

Humans do not require 7-8 hours of sleep, nor or we designed to sleep for 7-8 hours. The amount of sleep an individual requires is dependent solely on the individual. He said that 4-5 hours has always worked for him so it's something else. Recent scholarly research has debunked the 7-8 hour of sleep myth. I sleep 7-15 (yes 15) and I still feel tried, had blood work done a few weeks ago and what do you know, I have a vitamin deficiency. There's something wrong with him and he needs to find out.

I sleep only 4 hours a night , i have always been like this. I am very energetic. I have notice with shelter in place at times i felt tired, exercising felt difficult, etc. i realized it was depression so I have made myself get up and go outside to do some gardening, just walking I feel so much better. Are you staying at home because of shelter in place?

I think you may be getting some stress from daily routine. That stress can mess up with your physical and mental health. You must try some daily meditation to relieve it.
