I'm a lifelong runner so I can answer your question easily for ya:
It sounds pretty simple bro: you're just over-training. Take about 3-5 days off, maybe do some walking or easy cycling is you're like me and you just gotta do something. But otherwise, take it easy for a bit. A week off would do your wonders and re-charge your batteries.
Also: you need more complex carbos. Try eating some whole grain pasta. I've known very few runners who don't swear by the benefits of pasta & rice!
I see you are from Austin, Texas? If so I'm from the Dallas area.
Thanks for the advice everyone.
I actually did go run this morning, some inside local gym running on a treadmill and then a mile and a half outside. Of course it was 95 degree by that time so the temperature outside wasn't fun to run in.

Ya, that was my first thought, he definitely needs some rest days. I got into that routine of running every day and found myself running out of energy and then the injuries came....big bummer.
Definitely change it up and go for quality not quantity
You are definitely not eating enough!!! I just started running recently and had to increase my calories just so I could do this! From what I understand, men need to eat at least 1500 calories a day and you are not even getting that!
As CAVA1990 said above, at 195lbs, you need to consume around 2000 calories each day just to maintain your current weight, even if you stayed in bed all day.
When you burn additional calories by exercise, you need to eat more food to compensate for the extra calories burned above the 2000. If you burn 1000 calories during a run, you should eat an extra 1000 calories of food that day, for a total of 3000.
If you are trying to lose weight, then that is when you want to cut calories.
Once you reach your goal weight, then figure your new BMR (as Suzy_Q2010 showed above), and start eating calories based on that new rate, to prevent yourself from losing even more weight.
