I don't have a big belly, but I'm just trying to lose the little belly pouch that I have. I go to the gym 3-4 time a week. Will I lose my little problem faster with a belt?

Of course not. You just have to keep working on reducing your body fat.

Diet and exercise. Throw the belt in the trash.

Like the above poster said, throw that sweating belt in the trash. If you want to lose that belly pouch, clean up your diet and up the intensity of your cardio.

Another good way to sweat more during your work out is to wear long sleeves & long pants. This also cuts down on the sweat you leave behind on the equipment for the next person. Oh yea, and eat clean.

What if by reducing body fat it reduces my breast instead of my belly ? Is there a way to target that area specifically?

I already exercise, I just got home from the gym right now. When I'm doing my cardio, I lose between 700-850 kcal per hour is that enough?

As for the diet, I'm cutting all the bad food and Im trying to stop eating bread (I'm french hehe) how long before I see a result ?
I'm going to Miami this weekend I want my body to look perfect I've heard there's a lot of competition over there lol.
